Step 1 · Fixed asset depreciation
List the long-life equipment you bought for selling: cameras, phones, lights, shelves, livestream backdrops… Each item’s value is spread evenly over the months you plan to use it. The monthly depreciation total moves to Step 2 automatically.
Tick With invoice for assets bought with an invoice — that depreciation is deductible for income tax. Companies enter prices excluding VAT.
Step 2 · Operating costs
Fixed costs are paid every month however much you sell (salaries, rent, power, internet…), spread evenly over your monthly orders. Variable costs arise with each order (bags, boxes, printing paper, tape…).
Tick With invoice for costs with input invoices — that part is deductible for income tax. Companies enter unit prices excluding VAT and the VAT rate to reclaim.

Step 3 · Return and cancellation rates, shipping fee refund package
