Benefits of the 2 setup versions

Basic version: simply declare the big live date, live hours, and peak times — the system boosts traffic and optimizes performance during peak hours.

Advanced version (recommended): requires applying the ROI and budget suggested by the system, receiving:

• Personalized vouchers, increasing GMV while keeping ROI stable.
• An additional 20% free ad impressions, at no extra cost.
• Exclusive “Mega LIVE” tag, attracting more viewers (only available in Southeast Asia from 26 November 2025).

Recommended setup: target ROI reduced by 20% compared to the 7-day average ROI (e.g., average ROI of 5 -> highest Mega LIVE ROI = 4), budget increased by at least 75% each time.

Penalty terms to know before enabling

The big live date can be selected to last up to 48 hours, with total peak time not exceeding 4 hours. Turning off the Mega LIVE campaign during the day or failing to comply with the registered schedule 3 times will lock the feature for 1 month (calculated at the shop ID level). Time deviations within ≤10% are not counted as violations — for example, registering 10:00-15:00, actual 9:50-15:10 is still considered compliant.
