What is the Marketing Benefit Package

It is a set of marketing solutions purchasable on Seller Center, including display positions (top banner, Recommendation Page, shopping cart page, payment confirmation page, feed card…) and accompanying promotional programs — aimed at increasing exposure across the platform.

5 types of payment terms — fixed per package, non-changeable

1. Commission per order, single term — % of sales, with a minimum/maximum level.
2. Commission per order, multi-term — unpaid fees deducted 21 days after the package ends.
3. One-time fee — fixed rate, charged only once.
4. Cash payment — paid before registration, participation approved only after successful payment.
5. Multi-time fee — fixed fee split by milestones.

Why you need to consider carefully before joining

• The minimum fee/one-time fee is charged on the very first day of the campaign after approval — without waiting to see the performance first.
• Withdrawing from the package: refunds are not guaranteed, only supported when withdrawing before the package’s effective date (and only applicable to cash payments). Withdrawing after the package has started running — almost completely forfeits the paid fees.
• Re-registering for a withdrawn package is only allowed in 2 specific cases: the package is still “Under Review”, or the package is approved but withdrawn before the start date (must wait up to 30 minutes to repurchase).

Risks to note

With the “Commission per order” model, costs are proportional to sales — meaning the more effective the package, the higher the fee you pay, unlike fixed costs like prepaid ads. For new shops without data to predict ROI, you should start with packages that have clear minimum/maximum fees instead of unlimited commission packages, to avoid unexpected costs when orders spike.
