Shop Creative Hub: The Central Dashboard to Know Which Videos and Creators Drive the Most GMV

If you are running multiple Product GMV Max campaigns in parallel and wasting effort opening each campaign to compare video performance, Shop Creative Hub solves this exact problem — a comprehensive aggregated dashboard.

How to Access

In Seller Center: Marketing → Shop Ads → click “Creatives”. In TTAM: GMV Max → click “Creatives”.

Video-Level Report

The “Authorization Type” column shows whether the video is authorized via shop connection, Business Center, business account, video code, or affiliate bulk authorization. The “Status” column indicates if the authorization is still active — if it shows “Authorization Required”, you can click to send a request to the creator immediately. You can filter by: Gross Revenue, Orders, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, ad conversion rate, 2-second video view rate, and 6-second video view rate.

Creator-Level Report

View aggregated metrics for each creator: total GMV, orders, engagement level. Click the number in the “Total Videos” column to filter the video-level report for that specific creator. You can filter by: total videos posted, number of authorized videos, number of products with videos, GMV/orders, affiliate bulk authorization usage.
