Violation points and shop risk levels: understanding them correctly to avoid account suspension

What Shop Health Includes

Access Seller Center > Account Health. The overview dashboard shows the shop’s risk level; the types of violations listed next to the chart indicate which factors are contributing to that risk level—click on each violation type to view the list of specific violation tickets.

The Shop Performance section displays details by group: order fulfillment, service metrics, policy compliance, risk control. For each metric, you can see: the current value compared to the target value, the evaluation period, and the corresponding violation points—click “View Details” to know exactly which order was counted as an error.

Account Health of affiliate creators also needs monitoring

If your shop collaborates with affiliate creators, the TikTok Account Health section allows you to view their violation records and support them in submitting appeals—including the date/time of the violation, reason, penalties (if any), and appeal status. Violations by affiliate creators affect collaboration effectiveness, even though they are not directly calculated into your shop’s risk score.

The Right Approach When the Risk Score Increases

1. Identify exactly which metric group is dragging the score down (order fulfillment, service, policy, or risk control) instead of trying to “improve generally”.
2. View details of the specific orders/violation tickets counted as errors—in many cases, it is a repeated error from a root cause (for example, incorrect packaging causing multiple consecutive orders to be complained about).
3. Read the Shop Health evaluation policy to understand the official thresholds, avoiding applying other sellers’ “feelings” to your shop’s situation.

Risks to Keep in Mind

Waiting until you receive a warning or get restricted to check Shop Health is too late—the risk level is calculated based on accumulated violations over time, meaning a series of small errors not handled early can accumulate into a high risk level, which is difficult to reverse quickly even if you fix the process later.
