TikTok Shop suspended? We handle it — you pay only when it is done.

A suspended shop means money stuck, orders stopped, and support tickets that never get a real answer. We handle this kind of case every day for TikTok Shop sellers — finding the actual cause, taking the right route, and charging only when the shop is running again.

Is this your situation?

  • Your shop shows as suspended or locked: you cannot list products or receive orders
  • You appealed yourself but were rejected, or have waited a long time without a reply
  • Locked for suspected fraud or a policy violation without a clear reason
  • Your shop has been linked to shops that were previously banned
  • Your violation points keep rising and are close to the suspension threshold

How we handle it

  1. 01

    Hear your situation

Tell us what is happening to the shop, since when, and what you have tried. A screenshot of the TikTok Shop notice is enough.

  2. 02

    Find the real cause

We read the violation history and notices to work out why the shop was suspended — only fixing the root cause stops it happening again.

  3. 03

Tell you the chances and the cost

We say plainly whether this case can be fixed, which route we will take and what it costs. If we cannot do it, we say no.

  4. 04

    Handle it

We prepare the documents, appeal the right way and work through our partner channel. You never hand over your account or OTP codes to anyone.

  5. 05

Shop back online, then you pay

Plus notes so the shop is not suspended again for the same mistake.

Appeal documents to prepare

For shops suspended because they are linked to a violating store, TikTok Shop usually asks for the set of documents below. Preparing them fully and correctly from the start means fewer appeals sent back.

Explanation (required)

  • A clear explanation of whether or not you are connected to the deactivated store, and how you currently run your shop.

Supporting documents

  • Front and back of your ID card / citizen ID, clearly legible, plus photos or video at your store (required).
  • Business registration certificate proving the company owns the account (required for business sellers).
  • Invoices or supplier information for your products showing quantities, covering at least 6 months (required).
  • Photos of your warehouse.
  • Any other documents you consider relevant.

Video evidence (required)

  • A video of you holding your business licence and ID card / citizen ID, with the text on both sides clearly readable (for business sellers).
  • A video of you holding a handwritten statement and reading it aloud, clearly showing the appeal date, the TikTok Shop store name, your full name and the company name.
Sample statement to read in the video

“I, [Full name], the legal representative of [Company name], hereby submit an appeal for the TikTok Shop account [Store name]. Appeal date: YYYY/MM/DD.”

Upload up to 10 files, each up to 5 MB, in .jpg, .jpeg or .png format. Requirements can differ from case to case — send us your shop’s notice so we can tell you exactly what to submit.

Your data stays safe: we never touch your account

  • We never ask you to log in to your shop for us
  • We never ask for your payment details
  • We never ask you to connect your shop to a TSP, TAP or any third party

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to prepare to appeal a suspended TikTok Shop?

Usually: an explanation of your connection to the violating store; both sides of your ID card / citizen ID; a business registration certificate if you are a company; invoices or supplier information covering at least 6 months; photos of your warehouse; and a video of you holding the documents and reading a handwritten statement that includes the appeal date and the store name.

Can a suspended TikTok Shop be reinstated?

In many cases yes, but not all. The outcome depends on the reason for the suspension and the shop’s violation history. We review the shop first and tell you honestly whether it can be fixed before taking the job.

My own appeal was rejected — is there still a chance?

There may well be. Appeals are often rejected because they took the wrong angle or lacked evidence matching the actual issue. Once the real cause is identified, the documents are prepared again in the right direction.

Do I have to give AVO my password, OTP codes or log in to my shop?

No. We work through an internal process and never ask for Ultra permissions, OTP codes, your security email, or for you to log in to your shop for us.

How much does it cost to reinstate a suspended shop?

It depends on each shop’s situation, so we quote after reviewing it. You pay only when it is done: you pay once the shop is running again, and if we cannot do it, you pay nothing.

My shop is linked to an old shop that was banned — can that be fixed?

This is one of the cases we take on most often. We need to identify which factor links your shop to the old one in order to separate them and handle it properly.

How do I keep the shop from being suspended again?

Monitor your violation points and shop performance metrics, list products to standard, and process orders and returns on time. After reinstatement we point out exactly which mistake caused the suspension so you can avoid repeating it.
